REGISTRATION 

As the 2024 Outstanding Section of ITE, we are happy to host our Annual Meeting in Morgantown, WV! We hope to see all our members from the four states of MASITE and meet local prospective members as we talk about one of ITE's main topics this year: SAFETY!  The Annual Meeting (7.5 PDHs) will officially run from Noon on Monday to Noon on Tuesday with Monday Lunch, Monday Dinner, and Tuesday Breakfast included in the registration!  There is an optional walking tour (2 PDHs) on Monday before the Official Event starts, where the City of Morgantown representatives will guide you through the projects in the area.  The Mayor of Morgantown, Joe Abu-Ghanna will welcome all attendees at the Monday lunch and State Senator, Mike Oliverio will be the Keynote speaker for the Monday night dinner. 

PURCHASING A TICKET

If you are an Attendee: Please use the ticket "ITE Member" if you are member in good standing, or select the ticket "Non-Member". If you are student at a university, please use the "Student" ticket.

If you are a MASITE Sponsoring Company: Please see the email from our Sponsorship Chair for the code and use the ticket "MASITE Sponsor - CODE Required" for your pre-paid registration.

If you are a Speaker: To attend the FULL event, use the ticket "Speaker" for half price registration.  If you only plan to attend for just your session, no need for a ticket.

If you are a Vendor that has pre-paid for a Vendor Table: Use the Sponsor code instructions above.  Any additional representatives can use the "ITE Member" or "Non-Member" tickets.

If you are a Vendor that would like to attend and be provided a table: You will need to use the "Vendor Table" ticket in conjunction with the "ITE Member" or "Non-Member" tickets. One Ticket is needed per representative.

All attendees/speakers/sponsors/vendors at the Annual Meeting must register to fill out if food allergies need to be provided. All cancellations will be charged a processing fee. No cancellations will be able to be accepted after September 18, 2024 at 11:59PM.
