Please join MASITE for an amazing webinar learning session about using Synchro to develop signal plans!

This webinar is ideal for traffic engineers and planners who have had minor or basic exposure to Synchro, and want to begin advancing their modeling skills regarding signal timings and other elements. Synchro allows modelers to design and optimize traffic signals, corridors and networks to improve mobility, reduce congestion and enhance safety, which performing calculations based on industry standards like the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM).

Webinar registrants will be able to watch along and offer questions as John Albeck, PE, PTOE (Iteris) walks through how he uses Synchro to recreate signal plans, and provides tips and tricks along the way. Mr. Albeck has over 30 years of experience, and was on the Synchro development team with the lead programmer, David Husch. Questions not addressed in the webinar will be answered in written form by John (delivery shortly following webinar event date).

Schedule:

10am - ~12pm: Session Part I

Synchro Overview Presentation Slides. If time permits, case study files may be presented.

~12pm - 1pm: Lunch/Break

Should presentation questions/notes from our presenter run past 12pm, we will still have a hard break at 12:15pm.

1pm - 3pm: Session Part II

            Presentation of case study files.
