Room Rates, Fees, and Reservations

MASITE negotiated group room rates applies to reservations beginning Saturday September 9th through Monday September 11th, subject to availability. 

Group Rate:  $199 Single/Double (Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 11.00%))

Group Rate Government: there are a limited number of Government rate (per diem) rooms available within the MASITE block. Please contact Emily Koser at 717-534-8675 to book a room at the Government rate.

Group Rate Cut-Off Date: Friday August 18th, 2023 11:59pm ET. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted on a room and rate availability basis.

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. Any rooms canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival will not incur a penalty. Any deposit received will be refunded to the original guarantee form of payment. All Reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival.

Reserve Early! MASITE always recommends securing your hotel reservations early to ensure you are in the conference hotel. Then, set a reminder for a week prior to check-in, reassess travel arrangements, which should give you plenty of time to cancel or adjust without incurring a penalty.
